    2. Providing personal data on the complaint form is voluntary, but necessary to submit and consider a complaint.

    3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the law and legally justified purpose pursued by the administrator (implementation of the complaint process).

    4. I consent to the processing of optional contact details may be withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of the use of such data before the withdrawal of such consent.

    5. When using the administrator's website, information identifying the end of the telecommunications network or the IT system from which the connection was made (including the time stamp, IP address) may be saved.

    6. My data will be kept for the time when the complaint is considered, and then no longer than for the period after which claims arising out of the complaint proceedings and for the time when the law orders the storage of data expire.

    7. The collected personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients:

      • entities servicing teleinformation systems or providing teleinformatic tools;

      • entities providing advisory services, legal assistance;

      • entities conducting payment activity (banks, payment institutions);

      • entities operating postal or courier.

    8. I have access to personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition and transfer of personal data. I can use these rights by submitting an application at the headquarters of Polmlek Sp. z o.o. or via the contact form at www.polmlek.com/polmlek/kontakt. The scope of each of these rights and the situations in which they can be used result from the law.

    9. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if it is considered that the processing of my personal data violates the law.
